Judge Newman Complaint Transferred to Eleventh Circuit

On October 6, 2026, the court issued an order disclosing that the Chief Justice of the United States has transferred to the Eleventh Circuit Judicial Counsel the complaint against Judge Pauline Newman of the Federal Circuit. The transfer was made public at Judge Newman’s request.
